Trade information
If you would like
to be included in our list of exhibitors you MUST register your full
details by email. Please include your name, company name, address, telephone
number and web site details. We will acknowledge your registration.
By registering with us you agree to be contacted by email.
The
wedding exhibitions take place from 11am until 4.30pm. All exhibitors
can set up from 8.30am and must be ready by
10.30am. We reserve the right to refuse set up after this time without
refund.
Exhibition stands
do go quickly - it is advisable that you telephone Jennifer Walters
on 08707 606 557 to confirm availability. We will then tell you how
to download a booking form from this site. Class 1 Wedding Exhibitions
are unable to reserve any stands without a completed booking form. Stands
are strictly allocated on a first come, first served basis.
A booking fee is
required at the time of booking and you will be issued a receipt by
return of post or by e-mail. The balance is payable 14 days before the
wedding fair.
By paying your booking fee
you agree to our terms and conditions as laid out on this site and on
our booking forms.
PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility to ensure we have received payment
in full by this date. We reserve the right to re-let the stand if we
do not receive payment and refuse admission on the day. We will no longer
chase up late payments.
The price of the
stand includes the hire of a table(s), and advertising campaign in local
media.
To clarify stand
space; The size of the stand you reserve is the total width you will
be allowed to occupy. If you require a 6' table plus space at the side
for a display board or other stand then you must either reserve a larger
stand or ask for a smaller table, due to the increasing numbers of exhibitors
encroaching into space occupied by other traders this will now be strictly
enforced. If you do encroach beyond your allocated width, you will be
liable to pay for the next sized stand. There are no restrictions on
what you place behind you as long as the tables are not moved further
forward than laid out. We have to follow strict guidelines made by the
venue because of fire regulations and ask that everyone comply with
them.
Tables can be removed
at your request from the actual display but you will retain the space.
All car-hire companies
can bring any two cars each to display in
the designated parking area. There will be no restriction on the make
& model of cars.
If you wish to bring
more than two cars then please contact us by telephone to discuss available
space and costs.
Only one company
per exhibition stand- no sub letting or the promotion of other companies
is allowed.
There will be a maximum of four
traders per category - no exclusivity is promised to any particular
service. This ensures choice for the wedding fair visitor as well as
healthy competition and creates a larger show to attract more people
to visit.
Leaflet only options
We will also be having a "leaflet
only section" where smaller businesses may just want to have a
leaflet display. We will provide a display stand which will be filled
with leaflets sent to us prior to the day. These will then be put in
the entrance to the exhibition for attendees to pick up at their discretion.
No physical presence is allowed by the trader in these circumstances.
The leaflet display will be monitored by our staff and restocked as
necessary throughout the day. Please contact us for further details.
